Another Judge Supports Mothers killing their Children
Another federal judge has ruled the partial birth abortion ban unconstitutional. The first was in San Francisco (surprise), this one was in New York (another shocker). Ultimately, of course, this is a Supreme Court issue.
All this goes back to a point I keep making. Kerry has insisted he will only put pro-abortion judges on the bench. Bush will only nominate pro-life judges (of course, the Democrats have blocked them pretty well so far). Ultimately in this country the legality of killing your own child will be decided by the courts (as will gay marriage and many other social justice issues), so when we vote, we need to make sure our votes will end up putting pro-life judges on the bench.
And on the other side: we need to pray much. Prayer is an active and powerful way of changing the world. And prayer is likely more effective than anything else we can do.
God bless,
Jay

EXACTLY,
We need to stop this power gluttony. The supreme court was not put into place to inact laws, but only to review them.
