Lives of Millions “compromised”
I just read this article on the 1994 case Planned Parenthood vs. Casey. Apparently, Roe vs. Wade was almost overturned on the case – five justices had agreed that abortion was not a woman’s constitutional right when:
Unbeknownst to him [Rehnquist], Kennedy was having second thoughts, and agreed with Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and David Souter, to a compromise position.
This is sickening. How can you call anything a “compromise” when it results in the death of millions of babies? The result:
The Casey ruling carved out a middle ground that upheld a woman's right to abortion largely free from state regulation.
I should warn you that this is an Associated Press article. Of course, you probably figured that out: how can abortion free from state regulation be “middle ground”? It fact, this case swung from almost making the immoral illegal to making immorality free from any interference. It seems that one day in 1994 was almost as black as a day back in 1973.
Pray that this holocaust ends.
God bless,
Jay
